I am amazed at the number of parents who do not buckle up their kids, or have them sitting in the front seat of vehicles with air bags. I get so mad when I see the minivans start driving away with the kids still standing up! Yes, I know they probably are only going 2 blocks home, but still!

Your epinion states that 70 seats were installed corrected out of 73 inspected. That sounds pretty good to me. Are you sure that you meant what you wrote?
At my child's daycare, I watch one parent in particular put both her little girls in the back and front seat with no restraints. I asked the director to talk to her, she said she has numerous times. I have called the police, they will not set up a "trap". I fear the woman or I would talk to her. It is horrible to think that someone could show so little respect for their children's safety.
