After having been a loyal Tiger customer for several years, I am now swearing them off because of their return/shipping policy. They sent me a router that wouldn't even turn on (certainly the manufacturer's fault, not mine or Tiger's). However to return this item Tiger forced ME to pay for shipping it back. If they had sent me another one and that too was bad I would have had to pay to send that back as well. Compare that to Amazon, where if its the manufacturers fault, the customer doesn't have to pay to ship it back.
