Stay away. I ordered a Panasonic PT50LC13 television from Best Buy and was assured that it would be delivered on a particular day. Just to insure everything was OK, I called the delivery company and asked when it would arrive and they said they never heard of me. So I called Best Buy back and asked them what was up, and they said no problem, the delivery companies computers only update every 24 hours or so, so my order wouldn't be there yet.
So I took the day off from work since they couldn't tell me when it would show up, and then guess what -- it never showed up. So I called delivery company and asked them where my stuff was, and they said they never heard of me. So I called Best Buy and they said, "let me check on it." That was 9:45 AM. They said they would call me back, but after not hearing anything for over an hour I called them back. They said they where checking on it and said they would call me back in half an hour. 2 hours later I called them again and they said "Opps, sorry about that. We can have it there in other 4 days or so."
I told them to shove it and canceled my order. I will never do business with them again, they cost me a vacation day from my work plus wasted my entire day.
