Server is down often, only use if that's not a problem for you.

Pros: On the cheap side

Cons: Poor support, server downtime

The Bottom Line: These folks are only worth the money if you don't mind being out of service for several days every year. Other companies are cheaper and more reliable.

I have used OLM for several years. I will now switch to he.net because OLM's server has been down for 2 days, and no one has been able to access my website, or e-mail me. This is hurting my company.

There is always someone there when I call, but they are not the sharpest tools in the shed. They are only there as a front line of defense so that they real support staff does not have to deal with the smaller clients.

Price is right, but he.net is cheaper and has better service, uptime, and servers. I'm switching.
