Their website, online ordering, e-commerce...etc is fine. After ordering a mini color digital camera for a birthday gift, I received confirmation via email. I thought all was well, until after 2 weeks, no camera had arrived. I called customer service, inquiring about my order. The rep stated 'company policy' that they cannot complete an order if the ship to address doesn't match the billing address. (It was to be shipped directly to the recipient). I can accept that, but after I was made to feel like I'd committed some sort of fraud, I inquired as to why I wasn't notified that my order had been cancelled? I was told 'oh well' and given a half-hearted 'heh, sorry about that, guess the email didn't get sent'. Their level of professionalism is severely lacking.
