Stay away!! Their tests do not work.

Ordering was easy- shipped quickly. That was the best part of the whole experience.
Once I got the tests (I had ordered 10), I tried one. Invalid (no control line, no test line appeared). Waited a couple of days, took another one. Negative. A friend gave me an Equate midstream test. The next morning I used a cup and tested with both the Equate and the EPT-test- in the same P- and the Equate was POSITIVE and the EPT- test was NEG. Wow! I went and got a First Response Early Detection Test, and repeated the above process the next morning. This time FRED was positive, but the EPT-test was invalid. It actually looked like the P had never traveled through the test area, so there was no control line and no test line.
I contacted customer service, and explained what happened. They asked me to try one more, and I did. That test was invalid. They then agreed to refund my money. I assume they will, but it has not yet been processed.
SUMMARY: STAY AWAY!!! Quality Control is NOT working well on their tests. They do not test at the level they advertise at, and some of their tests do not even work. Look elsewhere, save yourself time, stress, and heartache.
