little $$ saved - not worth the extreme hassle

I ordered a set of blinds two months ago
1st> the extension brackets weren't sent and
2nd> the blinds were cut too large
3rd> the next set sent were too large again
4th> BlindsGalore let my order sit in the factory for two weeks before fixing the situation
Finally - when the blinds were sent to me the third and final time, the cut was crooked and did not fit in it's own end-cap properly.
The trouble caused was not worth the money saved.
It should not take two months, four shipments, and a dozen phone calls to obtain one set of blinds.
I will never do business with BlindsGalore again.
