STAY AWAY! These guys are very nice on the phone when you are ordering, they make everything sound great. Then once you have a problem, they are horrible (if you can even get through)
Here is what happened to me. I ordered Nextel service through them plus phone, I asked specifically for a 703 area code (I even have it on tape) and the salesperson assured me my number would be 703. Two days later I get the phone with the service agreement stating a 443 number? Where the heck is that??? So after finally getting in touch with them, they tell me it is a Nextel problem and not their problem. I asked them to fix it and they said they cant. I asked them if there would a service charge for switching over to 703 and they "couldnt say". So now I have to wait 5-10 buisness days for Nextel to look into this issue. TAKE MY ADVICE. Pay the extra money and buy your phone and service from an actual store where you can make sure you know what you are getting. I hate dealing with people over the phone. Nobody cares anymore. Grrrrrr
