I cannot speak too highly of the service that I have received from Amazon. Living in Australia, the shipping could have been a drama, but this has not been the case. I have made a number of purchases over the last 6 x months, and on every occasion the transaction has been fast, accurate and easy. Most significantly, the one occasion when a DVD arrived with the shrink wrap & security strips intact, but the product damaged, one e-mail to Amazon resulted in immediate response and 3 x day International Courier delivery replacement. When purchasing On-line from the other side of the world, this kind of Customer Service commitment by a company is fantastically reassuring. Five Stars .
