Cons: no fitted case, no cradle included, not as many free downloads as Palm

Sorry for the low rating, but more details about the features of this product would make your review more helpful to consumers. What did it come with, memory, what things can you do with it, battery life, etc.

It may help to read some of the other PDA reviews that have been rated Very Helpful to get an idea of what usually goes into the reviews to get a higher rating and then edit yours to include the information.
