My envelope ripped, too, and pictures missing (Reply to this comment)

While my order in December was filled pretty quickly (maybe 10 or so days) it arrived in a ripped envelope, and only 1/3 of the photos were inside.
Plus the pictures were not cropped like the software package said they were going to be cropped, and so heads got cut off.
So pretty disappointing.
The quality of the pictures that did arrive was quite good; they did look like a standard 35mm print and the paper was high quality. Will have to see if they follow through on my request for a refund.

Ordered several photos for work project on this site. Communicated w/ customer service and were told prints would arrive in 7 days. After waiting 10 days, I emailed the site (no phone number ever given) and they said that the prints come from Europe and can take about 14 days.
After 16 days, I emailed them again which I received no reply. I finally received the prints in 18 days and they were came in a single paper envelope - not protected - that was completely ripped. The post office saved the photos (they surprisingly were not damaged). I emailed the site twice asking for at least an explaination of why on the site it does not say the prints are sent from Europe (although there is an east coast address). No response.
Overall, I was very dissatisfied w/ my purchase. I ended up going to Costco at day 11 to buy my prints which were only a penny more but I received them the next day - and came out better. Avoid this place - go to costco or spend a few pennies more somewhere else.

Suferdude7, It appears that you have written reviews on practically everything listed on this website. Have many of these products have you actually owned? Name me a president of the United States that got 100% approval on everything he reviewed or accomplished. Were are your review ratings coming from?

May check them out next time I do some online ordering. I had been uploading to Walmart and then picking them up when I go in. Have to watch those guys those, because they have a tendency to crop stuff out of photos.

I usually take my photos on CD to Costco for reprinting (19 cents per 4x6 print), but I'll have to give this a try. Thanks!

A well written online review and a joy to read among all the garbage! I mean it, people ordering over the phone and not online and still getting a Helpful, people not saying a word about the site only they liked them and getting a SH??? Ok, done venting ~ Great review!
