Very small, easy to use, good sound quality, good range of features including good "resume" feature which is great for listening to audio books in particular. FM radio reception is very good -- gets my favorite stations even where my regular walkman-type portable radio doesn/t. Easy switching back and forth between FM and MP3. Can record about 30 minutes from radio or voice, too. Has Expandable with SD card -- but considering the cost of cards, if you think you'll need more than the 128 MB, might as well get the 256 MB FL100 to begin with. Good software for downloading. Even includes Real One so you can convert regular CDs to MP3. Long playing on a single AAA battery. Navigation is pretty easy when you get used to it.
Manual is a bit difficult to decipher as it's written in heavily Asianized English, and there are some questions I've had which it doesn't answer. Display screen is quite small and a bit hard to read (but I guess it's inevitable if you want a really small player). USB access slot is covered by a plastic tab that I'm expecting to break off at any time.
