The Bottom Line: This notebook has been trouble free from the first time I turned it on, I have add a lot of my own software program with no problem.

I received a HP Ze5385us for Fathers day. From the first time I turned it on till now it has been trouble free. I have two desktop computer and use the laptop more then either one of them. I Purchased a"Linksys point of Access" to connect to my Linksys router and have no problem getting on the internet from any ware in the house or yard.I think it is very fast for a laptop. It does get hot so I purchased a plastic frame to put under it.I can have it on my lap with no problem with the heat.It has been very dependable and would recommend to any one looking for a good laptop.The cost was 1.300.00 after rebates, from Best buys and HP.I have never had to call tech support.
