I have ordered many books, Dvds, and videos from Amazon.com. I have never had a bad experience. Using the site is very easy. They have a quick search, they keep your favorites and have suggestions. Amazon also has a wish list for you to store the things you would like to purchase in the future. One thing I like about ordering from Amazon is being able to pre-order an item. I enjoy their recommendations and reviews of products from other people who have ordered from them. They also have samples of the books for you to read.
Checking out is easy at Amazon also. You click on add to cart when you have found your item and then click check out. If you have ordered from Amazon before they will store your payment of choice and future purchases are easy as 1-2-3. Your shopping experience is cut in half. Once you've added the item of choice to your cart and click check out. You either log in under your name or if you've already done this it takes you to the final step page with all your information and your option is to click order or chose your shipping option.
They have free super savings option. This means your shipping is free and your estimated time of arrival could take an extra 3-5 days. If your not in a hurry this is a great option. You have to have a total of $25 of eligible amazon products in your cart. You know the items are eligible by a picture of a truck placed next to the item when ordering it. Their shipping is estimated from 5-10 days at average. You have the option to 2 day it or overnight. It is what ever you are willing to pay.
The other feature about Amazon that I like is being able to sell my previous items through them to make extra money.
I have never been disappointed when ordering from Amazon.com. I have received my items in the time specified. I've had no troubles canceling an order. Their follow up emails are full of great information on your order and what you can expect.
