Customer Service sucks and no price guarantee on their products

Ease of Ordering:
No price guarantee, bought a camcorder on monday, then price changed on thursday of the same week. Sent an email about it thursday with no reply. Called on monday of the following week and talked to customer service. The customer rep said "our prices is like the stock market, it goes up and down daily, sorry no price guarantee!" Avoid this if you can.
