| bishoot's Full Review: Hewlett Packard PhotoSmart 7150 InkJet Printer |
The HP 7150 is truly a remarkable printer. I bought this printer after owning a pathetic Lexmark X-73 all-in-one. I heard from numerous people that the HP 7150 was probably the best bargain for a printer on the market, I couldn't agree more. I have printed photos that put my old Lexmark to shame. I'm new to owning an HP, so the quietness of the 7150 is amazing to me! I've never heard such a quiet printer. Let's talk about price. I know this printer sells retail for $150.00, but I got mine for under $100! That's a true bargain. The printer is worth the money, no doubt about it. There are two problems, and I wouldn't even go as far as to call them problems, but for the sake of this review I will mention them. The first problem is the flimsiness of the trays and levers. They have a very cheap feel to them and I fear that in time someone or something will cause one of the trays to crack. The second problem is the speed of color photos, but what are you going to do? Good things take time. All in all, this is one fantastic printer for the price and all around printing use.
