Pros: Go the job done. Humans answer the phone. Saved 40%
Cons: Internet tracking doesn't work. They should ditch. Overkill with truckers on the cell phones anyway.
The Bottom Line: Recommended. Easy to reach. Got the job done.

My experience in using A2B was fine. The only error in the process was that no one called or emailed me to tell me that my car had indeed been picked up and was well on its way.
With that in mind, when it was getting near the end of the pick-up window I chose online I gave a call. They put me on hold for a minute and then told me exactly where the truck was, where the driver was headed and when it would arrive at my destination. I assume they made a quick call to the driver while I was on hold.
My car traveled coast to coast, major city to major city, in 8 days which is on the short end of quoted times. Not bad at all.
I chose open trailer (I don't think enclosed is an option w/ the rigs they hire out to) and terminal to terminal( as opposed to door to door...I didn't want a monster rig coming down my narrow street) and chose to meet on flat land nearby upon arrival. The trucker was professional and after investigating this business (and it's use of two third parties) I was glad that my car made the trip w/out any incident.
A2B is a broker, and like many others, use independent truckers to move the cars and also utilize independent tow truck lots as stations for the rigs to p/u your car. So...you're cutting a deal w/ a broker who cuts in a local tow shop to hold the car and then also contracts the trucker who gets the majority of the cash (literally, they take cash of cashier check only) for hauling your car.
The risk w/ this business is where the liability falls if something goes wrong. I'm glad my trip went smooth. Who knows if A2B, or any other broker, would go to bat for me in chasing down my claim against a trucker that's never in one place for long. So...they say your vehicle is insured, they're in good standing w/ the Better Biz Bureau and have good shipping stats but I wasn't so sure they would take responsibility if something went wrong...more like a second line to chase was the feeling I got. Like I said...glad my car arrived as safely so I'll never know.
One more thing. People need to get a clue about cars showing up dirty. Uh, hello!?!? it was just driven cross-country! I saved over 40% by using these guys instead of going w/ the enclosed, wholey owned(?), museum quality shipping of Inner-City.
