I ordered blinds over two months ago and I never received them. I called customer service which assured me that they shipped them. I waited two weeks and still no blinds. I called again and now they tell me that the blinds order was never placed. Its been two months, I canceled my order... hopefully they will credit me back the money that they charged to my account the day I placed the order. Horrible customer service, horrible online experience. Stay away.
