I've been using this printer for two months at work. I print a lot of colour for presentations and I've loved this printer from the beginning. I eventually bought six of these printers! Three for each computer at home, and three more for my offices! Never a problem. It comes with four ink cartridges: a B&W and three colour (red, blue, yellow) as well as sample photo paper. The ink is half the price of my hewlett packard cartridges and seems to last longer. It shows you how much ink you've used whenever you print something. I've printed a lot of 4x6 photos and I couldn't tell them from a professional print.
