Coconut Rum: For Serious Drinkers Only

The Bottom Line W&N Coconut Rum is the best flavored rum I've ever had. I got hammered without the burn or aftertaste of most 80-proof drinks. I think you will agree.
I recently returned from a trip to Jamaica, where the finest rums in the world are created, and while I was there I had the privilege of drinking Wray and Nephew's Coconut Rum. It has a funny-looking label, but the drink on the other hand is nothing to scoff at. While the taste, to some, may deceive you into drinking the night away, keep in mind that this is an 80 proof (40 percent a.b.v) rum and means business. I had this rum in everything from Pina Coladas to coke, neat, on the rocks, what have you. It has an incredible taste that belies its proof and smells just as sweet. I recommend this to anyone who enjoys rum and is looking for something along the lines of Malibu, but wants a rum that will really give you what you pay for. Which isn't much in Jamaica, from where I brought back three bottles for ten USD a piece for my personal consumption. Bottoms up!
