My father told me about Overstock.com and how it was beating prices of Amazon etc., so I went and was pleasantly surprised to find it indeed did beat those prices.

Of course, I immediately came to Epinions and research Overstock and found many negative reviews. That being said, most of the negative reviews deal with electronics, particularly those which are refurbished. Therefore, I don't know if I would feel confident in buy electronics from this store, but I highly recommend it for books, movies, and music. In fact, now that Universal records has lowered their music prices to $12.98 and lower, you can get some classic albums for only $9 on Overstock.

The shipping took about a week, but it was above and beyond for the flat $2.95 rate they charge. Amazon may have free shipping for orders over $25, but this place beats all their CD prices by almost $2.
