I just placed this order, so the review is on customer service at the time of placing the order. I will post a followup to let people know how delivery was (thus delivery is left blank)
I may be a bit biased in my review since I had just spent 3 weeks dealing with another company (that relationship ended with me canceling the order in disgust) It was a pleasant change of pace to deal with Digital Mega Store and deal with a Rep who spoke pleasantly, in complete sentences, identified the company she was with, did not transfer me in round-robin fashion and did not put me on hold for 30 minutes. Courteous and pleasant buying experience.
Update:
As promised, I am adding to my review now that the product is in hand. The day after I placed the order, I received an email with an URL that took me directly to the tracking page for the item at FedEx. The camera came on the day I was told it would and was exactly what I expected. Digital Mega Store has earned a customer who will give them repeat business.
