Cons:Occasional Freeze, Loud warning alarm.
The Bottom Line: If your searching for a laptop that is easy to use, and isn't expensive, then this is the one for you. I am one satisfied customer.
Overall, I am happy with my this Laptop. I use it mainly for business purposes and it has yet to let me down. It's fast, and user friendly, the screen is very bright and clear and it is everything I expected and more. The price was right and the customer service is very good too. The Dvd player is exceptional. It does have the rare jump in it but overall, it plays crystal clear. Hewlett Packard has a customer for life. My next PC purchase will be a Hewlett-Packard. Another plus is the Polk-Audio System. Great sound for a laptop. Two thumbs up.
