Ordered sony dvd player. Web site showed instock. My visa was billed immediatly. After 5 days off waiting for tracking number I emailed. No response! Called them and was told ran out of stock but would have some in three days and they would ship out overnight. 4 days later I checked their tracking page but no information there except that my card had been billed. Sent email, go a response, "sorry for delay, your item will go out immediatly overnight delivery. No show! emailed again, told would go out the following monday ie 5 days,wait and no show and no info on tracking page. emailed again, reply was " sorry for delay and will send out as soon as possible". Thats all it said, no time estimation, nothing. Its been 3 weeks and I could have gotten it from anyone else in three days.
