I contacted Richard at Nationwide Mattress after reading a number of reviews at Epinions about the quality of the service. Richard answered my questions, and helped me figure out which model of air bed best served my needs. I felt confident in ordering because of the reviews and his helpful phone service. He let me know what the process of receiving the bed would be, and all went just as he described. The bed was easy and fun to set up! My husband and I had a glass of wine, and made an evening of it. It took far less time than we anticipated, the instructions were extremely easy to follow. We have only had our bed for a couple of weeks, however, both my husband I are experiencing a sense of rested well being upon waking in the morning that neither of us have had in years. We are very pleased with all aspects of purchasing this product.
