I found another site that has an even bigger range of designer, contemporary and even traditional furniture at great prices - the address is www.europebynet.com.
The site is slick, the product range vast and seems to get pretty good reviews both from customers and from the press. Widely quoted in the NYT and several English newspapers.
I bought a bed and bedside tables there last month for 30% less than at my local store and found the (very English) customer service outstanding!

I just spent the last 30 minutes trying to remember the name of this website! I got frustrated and decided to check in at Epinions, and then I found YOU and this excellent review. I love when things happen like this. I remember really loving this site and the goods they carry.

Actually, I hadn't heard of them either. I stumbled across Unicahome doing a web search. I will definitely be back though because their prices are good and shipping is free over $100. The customer service was also pretty good.
