Thank you, Drew. To be honest, I just wanted to get this information out there, I wasn't really worried about style or format. I am still really new to EOpinions and don't fully understand how things work just yet. But I am learning! Thanks for your feedback.

You're off to a fine start but can I make a tiny suggestion?
Instead of including the letter you sent to the hotel, you might be better to just include this information in the body of the review, as it were. Some raters don't look favourably on including a letter in this way.
If you need any help with any aspect of the site, don't hesitate to ask an advisor.
