I chose Visual Apex primarily because there was only one vendor with a lower price on the projector I wanted and customer reviews for that vendor were far from favorable. But I have to admit I was a little skeptical about the validity of the reviews Visual Apex received because it's very unusual that a company receives perfect scores in everything. However my experience was such that this is the first time I've ever given 5 out of 5 to a vendor, just like everyone else has.
I received the projector very promptly, at the advertised price, and with no attempt to upsell me on accessories. I've received no junk mail from them. I have only received emails related to the processing of my order. And here's the best part...it arrived with a dead pixel and they sent me a new one and paid for return shipping!
If you need anything that they're selling, believe the hype. They provide a kind of customer service that feared had gone extinct.
