I wasn't aware of the horrendous return policy. I knew it was a pain and you needed your receipt, but I didn't know it was very short (how short?).
I could use another USB card. I haven't seen one for free at CompUSA and they're only a few dollars anyway.
Look at the weekly flyers, and only look for things that say "FREE" (after rebate) on them. An assume that after you buy them the store doesn't exist (that is, final sale). If Best Buy would do something like this, I would probably never go to CompUSA even for the free stuff (maybe).

...of when I used to live near a CompUSA in Seattle. It was lousy. VH for pegging their sales staff situation so keenly.
