Unfortunately, I chose VisionDirect while shopping for a quick pair of replacement lenses. What a nightmare, and with no certain end in sight.

The fact that my order was only partially received was just the beginning of the financial damages to come. I placed one order only, paid in full, and have had unauthorized charges for further lenses since that time.

Each representative in turn seems completely ignorant of the situation. Otherwise, they are passing the buck here; playing a most dangerous game of internet fraud. I placed no orders since the original in August, have not even visited their site, yet continue to have my Visa card charged by VisionDirect.

I will certainly pursue this to the frustrating end, through Visa as well as all legal avenues available. As far as buying on-line, this company has far surpassed simple incompetent service.

Do proceed here with the utmost care!
