Pros: Sleek design, excellent color screen, nice ringtones, good organizer.
Cons: Expensive, easy to damage, cuts off alot
The Bottom Line: I recommend buying this phone. It makes service with Sprint worth it. I have the wireless web and I feel that it is everything you would need at your fingertips.

This my second phone with Sprint. The first one I had was a Kyocera (which I will write a review for). I went to Radio Shack with my broken phone and I asked for a color phone because I wanted to experience PCS Vision. The lady placed this LG phone in my hands and I was floored. It had a nice, sleek design to it and I loved the graphics. I love the ease of the product and the fact that I don't have to open my phone just to see who's calling appeals to me. The menu options are wonderful. The shortcut keys are a real time-saver. It is almost like I have a personal helper with me at all times. The sounds are okay and I wish that there was more to choose from other than downloading and paying for them. But, the great thing is that once you download a ringer, there can be an expiration date, but it never expires. The games that can be downloaded are good, but expensive. I like the games that the phone comes with just fine. One problem I have with my phone is that it tends to cut-off by itself sometimes. I don't understand it and it makes me mad because other people who have this phone don't have this problem. It is a must that you have the protective covering for it because even you accidentally drop it from just a couple of inches, the end result is a scraped up phone and that does not look attractive on a phone that looks so good. So if you want a color phone, but not a camera phone, go out and buy this, please!!
