Having searched for the Baby Jogger 2 on line I decided to order from the Baby Bungalow. Their price was very good compared to other places. Their website was very easy to use and the order was easy to place. Once my order was completed I got a confirmation from the BB with order # and other info. According to the confirmation I could track my order using the # provided. This was not the case. I had to send 2 e mails to make sure my order was actually being processed. I finally got an e mail with the tracking #. The customer service could be better and a little more friendly, but I am very happy with the stroller. Be aware that you will sacrifice Customer Service for a low price but my experience was mostly positive.
