My wife and I recently purchased a Isotonic mattress set from David at Healthy Foundations. Since we had been sleeping on a California King Waterbed for 17 years and wanted to reclaim some of our bedroom back, we ordered a queen set. The queen set came within 2 weeks. It didn't take long to realize that we really needed a king set. Our mattress arrived with a small rip and as soon as I left word with David, a new one was on its way. Unfortunately we decided to upgrade to a king set within a few days. There were many issues that came up around the exchange...all from the manufacturer, not David and Healthy Foundations. The king mattress was due to arrive in about 2 weeks but it turned out the manufacturer lost our order in a switch over of computer systems. David got us a small credit on shipping due to the error. Then, the delivery company called but only had the mattress and not the foundation. Again, the manufacturer made a mistake and only shipped the mattress. Again, David arranged for another credit on the shipping due to the problems we encountered. In the middle of all of this my wife became seriously ill and was hospitalized in ICU for 5 days. I really wanted to have the king mattress in place when she came home but could not. David really went to bat for us and did all that he could. I highly recommend David and Healthy Foundations. The customer service was outstanding...and we LOVE our isotonic bed. It is the BEST bed we have ever slept on!
