Do you remember girdles? Have you ever even heard of girdles? They are basically huge rubber socks worn over a woman's body from her neck, quite possible all the way down to her ankles. I don't think I have ever seen a girdle in person, but if you shop One Hanes Place, you will find out that the girdle market is alive and kicking and if you are in the market for a girdle, this is the place for you.
MORE THAN GIRDLES
Okay, so I don't wear girdles. Heck, there are some days I don't even wear underwear. But the one thing I need for those "underwear matter" days is stockings. And One Hanes Place has quite the selection at affordable prices with convenience to boot. You can buy Hanes Silk Reflections here in packages of three for a considerable markdown from full retail. Plus, they have a great range of colors, options and styles.
One Hanes Place also has a really huge selection of really huge bras. If any part of your body needs support, you can find it here. From really enormous underpants, to really huge bras that make your breast upright and pointy, to girdles that can make your a$$ look like Jennifer Anisten's a$$. It's all here.
If you don't need a tremendous amount of support, there are also Champion brand workout clothes, Hanes t-shirts and other casual jersey clothes.
THE UNDERWEAR MODELS
Since One Hanes Place sells underwear, you might be expecting a lot of pictures of hotties. What you get, however, is hotties in really enormous underwear. Why are these 110 pound women wearing girdles and power bras? The skinny thighs and big bunchy panties probably won't work for you, unless maybe you have a Margaret Thatcher fetish.
THE WEB SITE
The web site is user friendly enough. The pages load quickly and it is relatively easy to find what you want. There is even a bra wizard that allows you to select certain parameters and suggests some perfect bras just for you.
The check out process was easy enough. I didn't have to go through extra screens, give out lots of personal information or choose a password.
If you find the web site hard to shop, order a free catalog from the site.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
I got an email when I placed my order. However, the email didn't commit to sending my items. It just acknowledged that I had placed an order. The next day, I got a second email indicating that my items were in stock and they would be sent, eventually. I never got an email that said when my items actually shipped.
SHIPPING AND PACKAGING
The web site says that orders will be received in one to two weeks with East Coast orders generally arriving in one week. I ordered my stuff on October 8th and it showed up on October 23rd. I think slightly more than 2 weeks is quite a long time to wait, particularly when you pay for shipping.
The items arrived in a plastic bag. They were lightweight and not breakable so I wouldn't expect more.

There was a paper return label on the back of the receipt. To use it, you would have to cut it out and tape it to the package.
The web site states: "We guarantee to replace your order or refund your money (your choice) for any reason. So, if you're not satisfied, just send it back, and we'll take care of the rest."
STEALS AND DEALS
If you sign up for emails from the site, they send an occasional deal or sale notification. They recently ran a buy one, get one free promotion. Additionally, if you shop through the Upromise.com or Ebates sites, you can get a small rebate.
FINAL RECOMMENDATION
I like OneHanesPlace to load up on stockings. I might get a t-shirt but there isn't a lot of other merchandise that appeals to me. Also, I also think the shipping time was a bit on the long side. However, the value and convenience are still there so I recommend this site.
