I just could not help myself! As I was picking up a few items that I neglected to buy while grocery shopping last weekend, I happened to be in the cleaning supplies aisle..yet again. I picked up my favorite detergent, my ScotchBrite replacement sponges and a box of Brillo scouring pads. I also picked up a fabulous new product that caught my eye. OxiClean Active Stain Remover is now available in a neat spray bottle, premixed and ready to do some serious stain fighting!

Like I said, I just could not help myself!

I am all ready convinced that OxiClean is perhaps the best stain removing product on the planet, so to take my experience just one step further, I knew that I would be completely satisfied with this test OxiClean super stain removing cleaner!

Well, I know what you are probably thinking, how many cleaners and stain removing products can one person need or want? Well, my hubby asks me this question all of the time. I just give my standard response: I am always on the look-out for new or improved products so that I can eventually toss all of those other bottles out and stock up on that one do-it-all miracle product!

Is OxiClean Active Stain Remover the Miracle
Well, what I will say is that this awesome new product is certainly right up there with what I consider to be miracles; Miracle Whip, Miracle anti-aging creams, Smokey Robinson and the Miracles and Miracle Gro!

I think you get my drift. All I can tell you is that I am extremely happy with the amazing results that I have achieved since using OxiClean Active Stain Remover. Allow me to share a few of the reasons that I continue to marvel at the great OxiClean products like this one.

Reasons to Love It
This product actually does do what the manufacturer claims that it will do 'and so much more'. I happen to love the '..and so much more' claim because this is indicative of the miraculous stain removing potential in other areas in and around my home besides my laundry or the hard to remove set in stains in my old carpets. In fact My hubby and I have both used OxiClean Active Stain Remover when we detail our cars!

~SMELL~
OxiClean has a bright fresh clean fragrance that is not overpowering nor overwhelming. For this consumer, aromatherapy goes hand in hand with cleaning. If a product smells fabulous, I tend to clean a lot more and for a longer period of time. This product definitely has that affect on me.

~COST~
I only paid $2.83 at Wal-Mart for a 21.5 fluid ounce bottle of OxiClean Active Stain Remover! When you consider the small amount of this miracle stain removing product that is needed to gently and effectively remove many types of stains, you, too, will be convinced that you are getting a real bargain in each bottle.

~~EFFECTIVENESS~~
~On LAUNDRY~
While doing five loads of laundry, I used the powdered OxiClean in one wash load of laundry. I used the new OxiClean Active Stain Remover on seven of my son's very stained colored shirts in the second load of laundry. The remaining three loads I washed as usual, with my favorite alternative bleach detergent and nothing else.

The Results
As expected, the load done with the powdered OxiClean was bright and very clean. Of course, I all ready knew that the results would be outstanding since I have experience with powdered OxiClean. My son's seven colored shirts were absolutely amazing! Food stains were completely removed from five of the seven shirts.

~Chocolate icecream that had dripped down the front of his favorite Polo shirt: gone!
~Cherry jello that my granddaughter had wiped up with my son's yellow shirt: amazingly gone!
~Grape juice that my son spilled: gone!
~Maple syrup on a long sleeved white shirt: gone!
~Ketchup that had splattered the front of his shirt: gone!

It was great to see these results. However, the results on the last two shirts were less stellar.
~Blue ink from an exploded pen in his shirt pocket: lighter, but still there.
~Blood from a nose bleed he had in school: lighter, but not gone.

I believe that with a couple of extra washes with more OxiClean Active Stain Remover applied to these two stains, the shirts will look as good as new. The final three wash loads were clean but not stain free, even with a bleach alternative detergent. My granddaughter's jeans and a few of her shirts were definitely in need of some OxiClean!

~On UPHOLSTERY~
I sprayed this new product directly onto two glaring stains in my car's back seat. Both stains were older and set into the velour, which is light grey in color.

The Results
One of the stains was what remained after using 3M Upholstery cleaner to remove Clyde's dark brown poop. After waiting a full five minutes, the stain was finally completely gone! My car smelled great and very clean.

The other stain was some spilled orange drink on the back seat and on the floor mat, compliments of my wonderful ever apologetic grandchild. The results were impressive. No sign of orange stains any where!

~On CARPETS~
Although I have been using a steamer/vacuum that I purchased recently to remove some old tough stains in my carpet, I thought that I would give my newest stain removing cleaner the opportunity to show me what it could do on tough carpet stains.

The Results
Amazing and miraculous on three very stubborn red juice stains that I had been hiding underneath the corner of my couch! Now, I can finally move that piece of furniture! I did not have to exert great amount of energy getting rid of the red stains.

Final Thoughts and Recommendations

Orange Glo International has yet another winning product in their stain fighting line. Their latest product, OxiClean Active Stain Remover is highly recommended. Of all of the tests that I performed, I am very pleased with the results that I will call nothing short of miraculous!

What I love about this product is that is does not contain chlorine bleach and can safely be used on colored fabrics without fear that the colors will run or be ruined. I recommend reading all packaging warnings and try using this product as suggested, in inconspicuous areas first.
