I love vision direct. I do not know why some of these people are complaining. There will always be isolated situations where there will be cranky customers with problems. I am sure there reasons are valid, but I do not think it is the company, per say. If you have ever worked in a customer service related company or a huge company for that matter, there will always be employees that will goof off and need to get fired. Maybe that is where the problem lies. I am sure 1-800 contacts or any other respectable company will have complaints too. I have been shopping from vision direct for several years now and I have never had any complaints from them. Maybe I am one of the lucky ones but they send me my prescription contact lenses within several days of my order. 1-800 contacts is alright, but they are too expensive and their delivery time takes about 2 weeks, which is normal but not as expedited as vision direct.
I am writing this testimonial because I do not want those isolated instances to ruin a good company like vision direct. thanks.. from a very satisfied customer. =)
