Keep in mind, this card is mainly for gamers as the average business user will find little use for its 3D features. The extra money you spend on this card over a matrox or other video card gives you the 3D power to run the hottest games.

Although i have had bad experiences with many computer parts, i usually only choose to write the favorable recommendations. In this case, I was initially apprehensive about buying a graphics card from a company i had heard little about: Leadtek.
Being a somewhat knowledgeable shopper (I like to think i am), I read reviews on this product in order to make a more informed decision.

Here, i got the low-down on this card and let me tell you, it was exactly what they said it would be.
Having owned a voodoo3 and a tnt2 and a tnt, i can honestly say that the Geforce2 chip is a screamer. It is a must for graphically intense games and it is capable of doing high resolutions and refresh rates. I was very unimpressed with the tnt and tnt2 back in the day, but the geforce left me with utter faith in Nvidia (chip makers of the Geforce chip).
Leadtek gives you little more than a baseboard. Basically all they give you is the board, a tv-out connect and the drivers. Perhaps for some users this is not enough. Its lack of software bundles and demos might leave some disappointed. However, for the die-hard gamers, the Leadtek card makes up for this in its performance. It is an incredibly streamlined card capable of milking every ounce of performance from the chip. It offers 3 frames per second more than competitive cards (may seem like very little, but it makes a difference) and comes with overclocking utilities that will help you maximize performance. The incredibly large heatsink and fan combo will keep your card that much cooler; letting you overclock the card that much more.

My only qualm with the Leadtek card is that my manual said that the card also came with a lcd out connector. Unfortunately, the card i had (which was a retail box edition) didn't have the connector. =( I quickly got over this little hump since i don't have an lcd monitor...=)

Although the average consumer will find little wrong with this card, I would highly recommend this card to the die-hard gamer as Leadtek has built one fast mofo graphics card with the ability to smoke the rest of the competition given the right tweaking.
