Grainy image and no sound

Pros:Looks impressive, simple installation.
Cons:poor image-no sound-rotates in base
The image quality is inferior to our other camera ( a Veo ) and there is no microphone - the box did not say there is no microphone but it does imply you can " video chat"...we are taking it back to Walmart (where is cost $39).It also has a habit of spinning around so you need to clamp the cable still.
