Stay away! Sketchy practices and products.

I called them because they advertised such an unbelievable price. My experience was similar to many of the others that reviewed this store. I called up, I told them what I product I wanted. When I asked if it was in stock they asked if I would be buying any accessories. Huh? Red flag. I said, "yeah whatever, I'm sure I'll need other stuff too." So then the guy puts me on hold. When he comes back, he tells me its in stock. "Great, are you able to ship that overnight", I ask. "Yes, it can go out Wednesday and you'll have it Thursday" the guy says. That seemed odd since I was calling on a Thursday. My idea of overnight is not one week later! I tell him thanks but I need it next day. He says, "well wait, let me see if we can do it" and asks me to hold. When he comes back he says he can ship it that day and then asks me what accessories I need. I inquire about spare batteries and tapes and find their pricing is outrageous - even higher than Sony's MSRP. So I tell him forget the accessories. He then tries to sell me a warranty that is half the price of the camera. I learn he is trying to sell me a camera made in Malaysia (not Japan) and so it doesn't come with a warranty. I tell him that I don't want the warranty. He puts me on hold one more time after which he informs me the product is (all of a sudden) not in stock. I ended the call and decided to take my business elsewhere. People, beware of these guys. They may have the lowest prices, but their products obvious come from a different source - so the quality maybe sketchy. You may think you're getting an awesome deal, but they will only sell to you if they can gouge you on their overpriced accessories and warranty.
I ended up buying the same camera through Profeel - honest store at a great price and no hassle.
