Thanks. I have moved quite a few times using moving companies and several were very traumatic all because I didn't pay attention. I didn't want this to happen to others.

it's my job. I'm a real estate agent. I think that your review was awesome advice. Regardless of what your critic said.
Although most of my clients move via a bunch of friends, a case of beer and a couple of pick-ups, I do totally see your point(s).
Your stuff is, after all, YOUR STUFF! No one has a right to it!

Your information is very helpful, but having spent some time in the moving business --- you sound like the kind of customer that I would not be eager to serve. There is a difference between "knowing the ropes" and "looking for problems". The tone of the review is very antagonistic. A good team working relationship goes along way towards a good move. I would like to think that reputable movers outnumber the bad apples.
At any rate, may the rest of your moves be trouble-free!
