I read reviews for the Olympus C-750, as well as a bunch of other makes and models at a different site. I liked what consumers had to say about it. The next step was to find it at a reasonable price. I found it here, at ephotoClub.com, for about $50 to $100 bucks cheaper then at several other vendor sites.
Navigating this site is pretty much straight forward and therefore easy. The site has a neat appearance, it doesn't look crowded. The order process was easy and, again, straight forward.
The company cares about the security of shoppers' credit cards and seems to work to prevent fraud. I got a call to confirm that I actually was who I said I was and that it was actually my card. I guess I passed the test since I got my camera.
To save on the overall cost, I picked the cheapest shipping option. I got it about 5 days after they shipped it. It was nice to have the ability to track my shipment as it went from NY to CA. It was nice to see UPS not sit on my package for a few days on one of their stops. They do that sometimes.
When I got my package. I found it sealed in security shipping tape that would indicate if anyone tried to take a peek. I opened it and found that it was well packed with those styro foam thingies surrounding all sides of the box. Very good packing on ePhotoClub.com's part!
Overall, I had a very good first time shopping experience with ePhotoClub.com
