I was skepticle at first until I saw results. It's not a miracle cure, but it does aide in the toning up of muscles.

I learned about this supplement from a Thyroid info site.

I am skeptical for any product that promises weight loss. (Especially the "herbal products")

I still recommend to all my patients: decrease the calories and increase the exercise. That's the best LONG-TERM solution.

BTW, are you getting replacement for your "non-functioning thyroid?" That should help!
