Ordered a $550 cook top which was "in stock", on-line, Friday morning. The on-line status only said "processing", so Tuesday I called, was put on hold for 10 minutes, and disconnected. I called back, and was told the "expeditor" had not updated them with tracking info, so I should call them (odd, but figured it would be quicker, so I did). The expeditor could not find my tracking info, said she'd call back after she called the NY office. No call back 3 hours later so I called her and was told she was on the phone with the NY office as we speak and she'd call right back, she did not. Wednesday (next day) I called the expeditor again, and was told I should call the NY office myself since they never called her back, and was given a non-working telephone number (which I verified with her). I called AJMadison again and was told by Suzanne she had to call the warehouse and she'd call back, hopeflully right away, but within a couple hours, she never called back. Thursday I called Suzanne again, who put me on hold, and came back to say they might get one in today. I cancelled the order.
