Being a singer I had decided to go wire-less with my setup. I shopped around and decided to get a Nady Encore II HT. I was puzzled by the description of the item. I telephoned the toll-free number and spoke to Matt. He was pleasant and wanted to assist, but had difficuly locating the item. I helped him by giving him the url. He located it and relayed to me that I would be getting everything that I needed to use the wireless Microphone. I was concerned due to the description that makes no mention of 'Microphone', but 'transmitter'. All that being taken into consideration, I ordered the Microphone and visited with Matt for a few minutes, after all he seems like a nice guy, quite helpful and friendly. Maybe he was picking my brain to see if he could sell me something else. I would have purchased it, too but that's all I needed at the time.
He read the order back as to what I ordered and told me I would get an email confirming the order and in that email there would be a tracking number.
I had no problems with this company at all.
Now granted I didn't order a huge piano or guitar, etc.But I absolutely would consider ordering from them again.
