Ohhh....the mystery of life at last I've found you... (Reply to this comment)

At last, someone who's seen at least a few truly classic films from decades past. "Young Frankenstein" is the only movie I ever sat through twice the first time I saw it. The best comedy spoof ever made.

Good list... (Reply to this comment)

You captured the spirit of the category not only listing your favorite films, but explaining why you liked them so much. My top 10 list includes over 400 titles...it'll take me a while to narrow them down to a top ten list but it would varied, like yours.
I like the fact that not all of your films came from the same era, too...I am so sick of seeing top ten lists that only include movies from the last year or two. That, to me, qualifies as an "annual top ten" list, not one for "all time".
Good writing...I'm looking forward to reading more of your work.

are excellent.I would probably
include a few of them in my list, that is, if I could ever narrow my list down to 10.:)
Thanks once again for an enjoyable read.

Another similar movie I loved was The Last of the Mohicans with Daniel Day Lewis. Awesome book, too, which I reviewed. Thanks for letting me know you share my taste in movies!
