Pros:all-in-one capability, easy to install, easy to use, beautiful photo quality,
Cons:does not come w/ usb cable, adds $25 to price, had to install twice
I love this product. The only problem I've had with it was the fax. And then the only problem was I couldn't get it to fax through the computer. I could still use the free standing fax just fine. That's when I had to un-install and re-install the software. I haven't had any other problems since then. Fortunately it was very easy to install. The photo quality is excellent for scanning photos. I would definately recommend this product.
