Let me put to you this way....I have now been waiting 4 months for a replacement button. The morons at SSI America asked me to post the entire unit back to them so they could replace a $1.50 button then post the unit back to me here in Australia!
After exchanging 11 emails on the subject, I was told that they would post the new button to me that very day. That was 3 months ago (Well prior to Sep 11).
Their after sales service is pathetic. The unit is good, but could be a lot better. I would recommend it if it wasnt for the poor service. It really lets our opinion of US produced items down.
