After evaluating all of the sources for a Panasonic HD plasma unit that I could find, I settled on Visual Apex as the best combination of price and user satisfaction. I had computed the price including shipping before I called to place my order and the charge on my credit card was exactly what I had figured. The person (Paul) that took my order was helpful, knew what he was talking about and while asking if I had everything that I needed to mount, and connect the display was not at all trying to ‘sell’ accessories.
The only problem that I encountered was that they had been shipping the wrong units for a couple of days and even though their computer said that they had my unit in stock, they had only the less expensive enhanced version. They immediately credited my charge card back and started trying to find one of the mis-shipped units on a carrier that had not been delivered yet. They were able to catch one of them and called me to verify that I still wanted the unit. It was still delivered on time and in perfect condition.
One of my biggest surprises was the delivery man. He not only helped me get the unit into the house, he helped to unpack and inspect it.
I feel like I won the lottery! I saved a bundle, got better service than I would have gotten locally and got the best TV on the market. I will recommend Visual Apex to anyone that asks, and so far everyone that has seen my plasma has asked.
