In my experience this is not an honest company. Here is what they do:
1. Since they have the cheapest price on many cameras including the Canon S400, you purchase it through them thinking you will get the best deal.
2. If you order online, two days later they send you an email saying "Please call us at our 1800 number to confirm your order."
3. The salesperson at the 1800 number tells you that the battery that comes with the camera only lasts 10 minutes (a blatant lie!), and that if you have any sense you need to purchase another battery. They offer to sell you a battery at a price they say is "unbeatable," but is actually four times the market rate.
4. If you elect not to purchase a battery or memory card at the inflated rate, then the salesperson says "okay sir, I'll put your order through right away." He then comes back 30 seconds later and says, "I'm sorry, I've just received notice that the camera is out of stock and will not be available for 21 days." If the S400 wasn't likely their best selling model I might actually believe him, but clearly the salesperson is just saying this because they do not make enough money selling you just this camera at their quoted price. You tell them you're not interested and they write off your business and they hope that the next customer is gullible enough to believe the salesperson when he says the accesories he is selling are a good deal.
Note: In all fairness, this is not an uncommon practice among the stores which list camera's cheaply on epinions. The scam's change a little each time (sometimes if you only order the camera they tell you that the ad refers to a slightly different model like "the gray-market model" which doesn't offer a warranty (and the actual model advertised costs $50 more), or that you shouldn't order the camera because "you sound like a nice guy and I want to let you know that the last 10 cameras in this batch exploded a day after the customer started using it...so you really should go to another company and spend a few dollars more to get a camera which doesn't explode"), but essentially they are doing the same thing: not selling you the camera if that is the only thing you're purchasing.
I really think epinions should crack down on this behaviour. In the meantime though, don't say i didn't warn you.
