Pros: the only pro I can come up with is that the color screen is pretty
Cons: horrible battery life, features, functionality, range, clarity and it's not user friendly
The Bottom Line: NEVER BUY THIS PHONE unless you are a shut in who happens to live right beside a cell phone tower

| be6970's Full Review: Samsung SPH-N400 |
My husband has been a sprint pcs customer for years and had the original phone from when he signed up. So, for his new duty station in the Air Force, I bought him the Samsung N400, which the rep told us was the upgraded version of the one he had. Unfortunately, when we got to South Dakota, Sprint had no service out there. Since I was going to be in a different state selling our house, I took the phone with me, figuring one of us should use it since we couldn't return it.
I hate this phone. I HATE this phone. I hate this phone so much that I'm paying my brother to take it off my hands. The reason I'm doing that is so that I won't feel guilty when he calls me to tell me it's a piece of crap. I warned him already, but he thinks it's cool.
Horrible battery life, the phone continually turns its own ringer off, the voice mail notification icon is there when there are no messages but not there when there are. The volume varies greatly on the ring tones, and I can't carry it around in my purse because even though it's a flip phone, it magically connects itself to the web or whatever the heck that option is, and I'm stuck with huge additional charges for connecting to whatever. And today, it not only turned off the ringer, it kept scrolling through the menu until it wore itself out and the battery died.
